The only scholarship currently available through the Darke County Foundation is the James B. Phelan Scholarship. It is open to current high school seniors or college students who attend(ed) high school in Darke, Auglaize, Mercer, Miami or Shelby counties. You must be pursuing a career in business, insurance, risk management, marketing, or sales.
